🎧RAP Token

RAP is the governance token and utility token for the Realperp. It is designed to incentivize user participation, stimulate platform activity, and encourage users to participate in governance. It will be an token deployed on Manta Pacific.

The total supply of RAP is capped at 100 million tokens.

What is the utility of RAP?

RAP tokens serve multiple utilities within the Realperp:

• Staking Rewards: Staked RAP receives three types of rewards: Escrowed RAP, Multiplier Points, 30% of platform fees distributed in ETH. Note that the fees distributed are based on the number after deducting referral rewards and the network costs of keepers, keeper costs are usually around 1% of the total fees.

• Governance: RAP holders can participate in platform governance, influencing the development and direction of the Realperp project.

Allocation and Distribution

The distribution of the total RAP token supply is as follows:

• DEX Liquidity (7.5%): reserved for liquidity on DEXs.

• Marketing (17.5%): reserved for marketing, partnerships, and community development.

• esRAP Reserved (55%): allocated for esRAP rewards (which can be converted over time via Vesting)

• Floor Price Fund (10%): reserved as a floor price fund. It grows when RAP/ETH liquidity is provided and owned by the protocol, it receives fees. Fees can be used to buyback RAP.

• Contributors (10%): Reserved for contributors of the Realperp project.
